Jesus was not God. Jesus NEVER SAID he was God, and Jesus never tried to be equal to God. In fact, many, many times he pointed out that it was "His Father who sent him" not that "he sent himself."
The false belief that Jesus and God and the Holy Spirit are Triune or a Trinity did not start in Christianity until around the year 300 A.D. This is historically factual and you can look it up. Christianity is an "off-shoot" of Judaism and as such it comes from the original Judaic belief in One-God. The Jews never believed in a trinity, EVER. The early Christians did not either and it is NEVER, EVER mentioned in the Bible explicitly OR implicitly. Most people simply believe it now because they were either "taught it" in early childhood and simply DO NOT EVER QUESTION IT, BECAUSE THAT'S THE WAY IT IS, or they are just not seriously interested because that means they have to learn something new and most people are happy being uneducated so that they don't have to involve themselves in spiritual matters. So they simply spit back mean things and don't bother to learn what is actually in the scriptures. After all, what's easier, cracking open the Bible or typing at the Keyboard?

Jesus is greater than Moses, Solomon, Jonah, Abraham, and any other human being. That's what the Bible tells us:
Acts 4: 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Besides, Jesus' wisdom is greater than Solomon's. Now, Jesus is the most quoted Person in the world. Christ Himself said He is the Messiah. You know, any liar stops lying when his or her life is put at risk by his or her lies. But Jesus was not a liar; because --as a pastor said-- He had a lot of opportunities to lie and save His life, and He didn't.
Bible prophecy tells us so. Jesus said that the Scriptures give testimony about Him. All the Bible writters --inspired by the Holy Spirit-- wrote about Him:
Luke 24: 27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
When we study Daniel 9:24-27, we can find the date the Messiah would appear. That date is 27 a.C.; on that same date Jesus was baptized. Also, the Bible declared the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2) to a virgin (Isaiah 7:14), would be called Nazarene (Matthew 2:23), would die by crucifixtion (Psalm 22) and would be buried in a rich man's tomb (Isaiah 53:9), and would be raised again (Acts 2:24-32).
When we read carefully Isaiah 53 --a prophecy about the sufferings and dead of the Messiah-- it match with Jesus' trial. Besides, the word "Christ" is the greek term for the word "Messiah", which means "Annointed"
What is said about the Messiah, or the Christ?
Isaiah 9: 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
So now we know the Messiah is God. Jesus is the God who became flesh in order to save us. This was represented in the Old Testament by the sacrifices of lambs. A lamb had to die so the person's sins may be cleaned. Right here, it is describing the character of the Messiah's mission. Being the Lamb of God, He had to die in order to save us from sin. This view of the Messiah was not very popular among Christ's contemporaries. They thought the Messiah would be a military leader. But the Scriptures doesn't say that about the Christ's earthly ministry.
Jesus is the Creator of all things:
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made." (John 1:1-3)
"Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist." (Colossians 1:15-17)
The Bible is clear about the divinity of Jesus Christ. He existed even before all things. In the Old Testament, and in some parts of the New Testament, Jesus appears under the name of Michael, and sometimes is called the Angel of the Lord. Why Angel? Angel is the greek word for "messenger". So when the Bible says that Jesus is the Angel of the Lord, does not mean He's an angel, but the Messenger of the Trinity -- the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit:
Malachi 3: 1 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the LORD, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
Also, Christ was the One who guided the Israelites through the desert:
1 Corinthians 10: 4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

wow! God is not erronous. If you did your research to know that Jesus was not born on Dec 25 , then you would know that nowhere in the Bible does it even hint that Jesus was born then, that was man's error and man's holding up of traditions of men over the ways of God. The Bible not only said this would happen but warned against it. The Bible is very clear about the origins of the miracle- Moses, Solomon, Jona and Abraham as well as others were just willing vessels- the Bible says that the saints of God, with faith in Jesus Christ and obedience to His word, would do these things and greater in His name. Moses did not part the sea- God did. Don't just listen to others' Bible bashing and come up with assumptions from that- Read the Bible for yourself and find out the truth- Just because those who claim Christianity believe and preach something , does not mean it is in theBible and does not mean it is truth- study to show yourself approved RIGHTLY dividing the word of truth!

Its good to question things that don't seem right.
Nowhere in scripture does Jesus claim deity. So if anything, he can be honored just the same as Moses and the others, but not as God, not to be worshiped.
As for the 25th of December, since the Church wanted to bring more people into Christianity, they chose the 25th of December because it was already celebrated by various pagan people.
The funny thing is, the real jewish child that the Church's Jesus is based on, his name was Jehoshua in hebrew, or Joshua in English. And he was born during the Feast of Sukkot which happens during the month of Tishrei in the fall.

Jesus and God the Father and the Holy Spirit are the Same Tree persons of God, Don't you know that Jesus said I and the Father are one, and Moses, Jonah, Abraham, and Solomon use only by God to inform people that God Reilly exist to those people who do not believe in God.

Yes, the prophets performed miracles... I say again, Mohammad did none. Jesus did not make Himself a God. He was the Son of God, referring to Himself as such more often than not. He said the Father was in Him and He in the Father. When taken before Pontius Pilate, He was accused of saying He was God; or King of the Jews, to which He replied, "Thou sayest." This, I think is a clear indication that Jesus did not make Himself King nor THE GOD.
The date that is assigned to honor the birth of Jesus is irrelevant. It was not commanded in the Bible and is a man-made holiday. We don't celebrate many of our renowned Presidents birthdays on their actual birthdays either. I don't always celebrate my birthday on my birth date. It doesn't matter and is one of the weaker arguments I have heard in some time.

All of those people were great men of God. And God preformed many great and miraculous miracles through them. But Moses, Solomon, Jonah, and Abraham although awesome people were still human just like you and I. They still sinned and messed up just like we do. And unlike them, Jesus was completely sinless from his birth until death. Even as he was hanging nailed to the cross he said "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing."Luke 23:34 And also after Jesus died on the cross, he rose from the dead after three days. He defeated death so that you and I could be with him one day in eternity.

again you are showing you ignorense
jesus was not born on christmas day . no where is it mentioned in the bible. it is just a day that some have set aside in some parts of the church to celebrate his birth.
I dare you to read this web site in full it is an account in mohammeds own words no opinions just his words
jesus did not just do miracles either. He said he was God and he accepted worship from his followers, berfore abraham was I AM
here is the web pages Islam in Muhammad's Own Words To discover why, we shall dive into the oldest surviving written evidence. These official works include: the Sira, Ta'rikh, Hadith, and Qur'an. Ishaq's Sira, or biography, called Sirat Rasul Allah, provides the lone account of Muhammad's life and the formation of Islam written within 200 years of the prophet's death. While the character, message, and deeds portrayed within its pages are the antithesis of Christ's and his disciples, the Sira's chronological presentation is similar in style to the Christian Gospels. http://www.prophetofdoom.net/

Jesus was never really God.. Jesus was assigned to be The God of Earth by God.
That assignment did occur in December.. exact day is unknown. Exact day Jesus was born is unknown too. Born 6 months after John the Baptist. That brings it into January or February depending on what calendar you're using! It's believed by Ukrainians the Julian calendar was the calendar in use at time of Jesus so they believe In Jan 6&7 Christmas Eve & Christmas! They are probably right!
If Jesus was God who'd he pray to when he was on the cross? He said: "Hast thou foresaken me? Why for?" As far as we are concerned we are to treat Jesus as God for that was God's order! We should remember however Jesus is God of Earth not the God of Everything!

I see your point. I have to wonder though...if Jesus is God or if he is a son of God. In the Bible, did Jesus claim to be God?
It seems logical that the accomplishments of the men you've listed above are certainly worthy of God's praise.
Jesus wasn't born on December 25th.....regardless, of the exact date he was born...it is the date that is chosen to celebrate his birthday. I have to wonder though....Jesus's Birthday party should be important enough of a celebration......what's with the Santa Claus thing?? (rather peculiar don't ya think?).
