I believe that men and women are kept separate in the mosque, so that you cannot accidentally think about sex when you are supposed to be thinking about God.

Women dont go to mosques. There are some mosques where women can go, but are complately segregated from the males. Church would be a better bet.

No, your suppose to be thinking of Allah not picking up girls at mosque. shame on you for thinking like that. they segregated anyway. This male state of mind is exactly why the Prophet (SAW) recommended women pray at home.
