I need some help with keeping motivation on eating healthy and exercise.....i've cut out all junk food, no added sugar (so no fizzy drinks, sugar in tea), i've cut down tea to 2 cups a day (morning and one after supper), am drinking plenty of water and have stocked up on loads of fruit & veg. I need to exercise but the only time i could fit this in is probably during my lunch break (due to commute to and from work at the moment).
Who else out there is trying to lose weight? I need some help with this please as I have tried before and it's worked for a short while and then I have gone back to my unhealthy ways. I am determined for this to work but I know I can't do it alone.....

i'm not trying to lose weight, but I am in a weights and conditioning class and I stick to a schedule of two muscle groups every other day. I eat sensibly (pretty much whatever I am craving or feel like) but it is usually a balanced meal with plenty of protein (because I'm trying to gain muscle.) I would suggest looking up excercise schedules on the web (there are thousands probably), find one that is legitimate and is a challenge but is possible and stick to it. Find something in it that is entertaining (like listening to music) and try to pay attention to that if you are having trouble with excercies. I think the most important thing is to enjoy whatever you are doing, but don't do anything in excess. Do whatever feels right and don't make excuses.

Here's some motivation for you. Make time. Do what you have to do to fit exercise into your life. If that means cutting back on your work so be it. But if you desire to live a long and fruitful life, you have to stay strong, resist temptation to eat badly, and cease from making any more excuses for why you can't do it. You can and must, for your sake and that of your family.

you have to star slow ...baby steps...
i would recommend you not to cut all the sugar out of you....
there r alot of things that can substitute that...dont just eat veg& fruits for a meal...mix up ..you need protein 2!!..
if you really want to lose weight..you have to find time to do some kind of exercise....you dont have to go to the gym & spend hours...30 min it good enough to start....(everyday or @ least as many day as u can)...
if you have time to go out during the weekend..you have time to work-out...............

You asked this question all by yourself, you cut out all the junk food buy yourself, you cut down your tea all by yourself and you have increased your water intake all by yourself, so guess what? You can also push yourself to work out ALL BY YOURSELF ! Don't wait on others to make you happy "Just Do It !"
