I am a little bit anti social and only really have one good friend. I havent even kissed a girl yet eventhough I am 19. It isn't that im ugly, It is more just that I get EXTREMELY nervous in that kind of situation and end up having an excuse to get away. What should I do?

nothing is wrong with you. you are a bit shy and reserved. i think girls find that really sexy. my advice is try to mix with more people and try to let your guard down a bit. as for dating, try to date women as your friends and slowly see where it goes. i think that you are a sweet, shy, good guy. you are not a player, thats why you are not experienced with women. any girl would be lucky to have you.

You seem to be fairly normal to me. I am 56 and didn't have my first relationship till I was in my 20s at university. (Although people tended to start having sexual relations somewhat latter in life those days I guess.)

Relax, it will happen when it happens. Girls can smell a desperate and nervous guy from 100 paces. They don't like it.

I think prostitutes are a great idea. They help you get over your youthful nervousness, and to learn some basics about sex. This, in turn, helps you make better partner decisions. Your brain is not as scrambled by frustration and hormones.

Looking back, I wish I would have not been so naive when I was your age, and would have realised that prostitutes can be very helpful.

But I am sure many arch conservatives, and bible bashers would condemn me to hell for mentioning this to you.

You may lack confidence in yourself. You can try to overcome this by being in public more often. The main trick here is to face whatever that make you nervous more often. You are only 19, my dear, you may have 60 more years to kiss a girl/lady...No hurry....Gain your confidence first, build up your self esteem, tell yourself that you are just as good as any other person you know! Take up classes, speak up to people, and before you know it you are actually enjoying yourself. As for having only one good friend...isn't it better to have one good friend than not at all?

a quick question for you, are you still living at home? If you are, I would venture to guess that you are "a mama's boy". Not a bad thing, really! My guess is that once you get out of the house and get out on you own, things will only improve. But for the time being, hold your head up, and be proud of who you are and strive to be the best you can and never give up. Swallow your nervousness ( get some balls) and talk to people. They will only bite if you let them. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

You need confidence. You need to love yourself first if you don't how can you love another person, specially a girl? maybe you should first try being friends with females, you might have confidence then?
