Some people think that a flower might be too much, since you apparently do not know each other (at least, it should NOT be a red rose, since that implies that you really love her, and you haven't even met). Some modern women are cynical about romantic gestures if they come from a stranger.
Why not just bring yourself, a good sense of humor, good manners, and be well dressed?

How about a nice handshake? J/K You could give her a rose or one of her favorite flowers if you know what it is. Something thoughtful but not over the top.

I suggest flowers. They aren't to strong when meeting for the first time but women always love flowers. Just don't give her black flowers.

A nice single flower. Not a rose because it's cliche, but a catalily or gardenia. Something to accent her beauty.

a nice boque of roses would be good , red , or yellow my favorite , then take her out for a nice romantic dinner , with a little white wine , just be sure and have some protection with you , know what i mean lol , hint it starts with rubber ?

why dont you think of how to spend a meaningful time with her.
as 1st impression and the things you do is more important than giving gifts.
