dont risk it smoke.
the only way you can do it if when you take a sample of urine before one use marijuana (and keep it close to the body for warmth) and the after you use it put that in the test.
I would strongly recommend not doping that as if someone suspects that, they will want to see the fresh wee coming out of you.. and that can be a bit *%^*& you know!!
And another think, when they check for how old is a wee, then that could bring other problems..
It is better not even try to mess with the system.

Depends on how much you smoked and how long it has been since you smoked when they test you

if they are testing for cocaine, or something other than m j, you would pass, on the principal that they dont care
