I know you could be closer to a child who may need you more but why do some parents love some children more and expect the others not to notice.

For instance my mother has left all her assetts to my youngest brother and then she lies about it. I don't mind the monetary part as much as the lie.

I have five children. I love them all the same, but differently. This is what I tell each one of my children. My firstborn, you hold such a special place in my heart You are my first baby, and my first son. My second child, you hold such a special place in my heart because you are my first baby girl, and I always wanted a little girl. My third child, you hold such a special place in my heart because you are my middle child and even things out, without you our circle would not be complete. My fourth child, you hold a special place in my heart because you are always going to be my last son, my baby boy. My fifth and final child, you hold a special place in my heart because you are my last, and will always be my baby, my baby girl. Each one of them are their own unique self. One of my daughters is more needy than the other two. Do I play favoritism? No. They are all mine. I love each and everyone of them. I thank God for them each and every day!!

I'm so sorry that happened to you but I hope I can put this in perspective a little more for you by simply saying that we love our children equally but differently because they are different people. Again I hope you do find peace. Thank you.
