Depends on the temperature of your kitchen and the freshness of the mild. Fresh milk can last without refridgeration for hours to a couple of days, depending on the temperature. Considering that when you left it out the milk was cold, it would take time to reach a warmer temperature that would cause the milk to spoil, so most likely the milk is still okay, unless your house is really warm. Even so, fresh milk can last as much as two hours in 80 degree temperatures.
The best is to smell the milk to see if it smells sour.

No, throw it out. It's not worth getting sick over, so just get rid of it.
Everyone at my job leaves the little 6oz milk cartons out on the counter to use in their coffee, and those start to sour after just a few hours. Ugh.

Maybe Because:
MAYBE: Depending on the temperature of the room the milk might spoil. If your in a 90 digree room then yes it will spoil. If your in a 23 degree room then no because its cold!

I wouldn't trust it, but then again, I'm overly cautious when it comes to food storage. You can always let the milk sour a little more and make cottage cheese out of it.

depends on the temp of your area. a good rule for me, if i want to be risky, put the gallon to your cheek. if you feel no chill at all, it's bad. but im usually not that risky, i would throw it out...

It's probably OK but I would definitely stay on the safe side and throw it out.
