If your sister had good results with it, wouldn't that be proof enough?? I have tried almost everything out there and none of them work.

The following is part of an article I wrote (along with other doctors who are in agreement) of what is tested and verified to work NATURALLY only IF YOU TRUST YOUR BODY ENOUGH TO RE-GENERATE AND REPAIR ITSELF while you maintain your optimum weight. There's no risk of rejection because of what your body does naturally:
When a government recommends that its population consume astrocious servings of grains PLUS 4 servings of fruits per meal, an overweight epridemic is the logical and inevitable result.
VICIOUS CYCLE TO DOOM (OBESITY AND ILLNESS)
GRAINS + SUGARS = results in rapid rise in blood glucose --> The pancreas in our body produces insulin to lower blood glucose --> Insulin = weight-gain + food cravings --> we take in more grains and sugary food
We put on more weight. Is this what you want?
Despite what some food diets out there have insisted, you need carbohydrates, protein and fat in your diet. None of these are as "evil" as some "experts" have made them out to be. The key is to understanding and choosing only the healthy type of each of these and consuming the right amount of each for your body type.
Unless you have special "health challenges", you will not need to consume a shopping bag full of supplements because healthy foods and recipes will typically provide you with most of the nutrients you need.
"Troublesome carbs": grains, sugary or starchy foods like potatoes. These troublesome carbs will increase your insulin levels, and tend to promote weight gain and illness. And that is why our human body prefers complex carbohydrates (eg. from high-fibre vegetables) because they slow the release of simple carbohydrates (eg. glucose), and decrease your insulin levels (insulin is responsible for keeping blood sugar in our bodies down but it also makes us crave for sugary and starchy foods, like cakes, biscuits, products made of wheat, etc). The only way to stop this vicious cycle of eating more troublesome carbs and craving for more food all over again, is to eat COMPLEX CARBOHYDRATES, and cut down on excessive sugary food.
Remember that insulin is the FAT-BUILDING HORMONE in your body which is produced WITHOUT YOU NOTICING but it's happening whenever you eat surgary or starchy food. Increase in insulin = weight gain. Try to stay away from troublesome grains, or keep your intake of these trouble carbs down
Fact: It is primarily YOUR BODY's RESPONSE to the overindulgence of grain and sugars, not your intake of fat, which makes you fat.
Another fact: Insulin causes hunger, and usually it's a hunger for sweets.
Consuming sugar also impairs your white blood cell functions and thereby decreases your body's immune system, making you vulnerable to disease.
So how do we overcome our liking for sweet tooth? I don't think I can do away with my favourite cheese cake (the best is from Hilton Hotel!) or tiramisu!
And then someone told me there's a healthier alternative to our refined "domestic" sugar (most sugar used for cooking is made from sugar-cane). The stuff is called stevia, from stevia leaves. It is 50 times sweeter than our "domestic sugar" and so you only need to use VERY LITTLE of it in your food and cooking. (Google for stevia if you wish to know more.) stevia comes from high mountains many feet away from polluted cities and factories in countries like the Himalayas and Taiwan. and has been consumed for centuries without any ill effects. Because of its healthy properties and "rarity", it is, of course more expensive than the normal sugar we use at home.
Why does the body turn troublesome carbohydrates to fats?
Because your body has a limited capacity to STORE carbohydrates. You are walking in a body that's designed to use these fats to pll you through POTENTIAL STARVATION. How likely are you to starve?
Fact: Negative emotions such as cravings and addictions, low self-esteem and past trauma will impact your ability to overcome disease, and overweight/obesity issues.
What are considered GRAINS?
Rice - Wheat - Oats -Barley - Rye - Corn
I am not saying you have to avoid the above grains at all cost. You can still eat them in moderation, but they should be last on your food list - Vegeables should come first, followed by meat, fruits and lastly grains.

When you have cut the fat and sugar and white wheat and cows' milk and unfermented soya beans' products or when you know HOW TO COUNTER the negative affects these silently dangerous foods have on your body, believe me you won't have any need for Lipo-6 Ephredra or diet pills!! Because you will not have any food cravings....and more!
P.S. I am NOT paid to write what I wrote. This world needs to be re-educated before it is too late. It's no longer a matter of how long you live but what quality of life you wanna live. I hope the info has helped you in some way.
P.P.S. Don't forget to excercise!
