Why dv2008 is not started eventhough it is 6 of october?

Call or contact the immigration service. It was supposed to have started on the 4th, they even put out a notice that they were taking applications. However, someone else was saying they couldn't apply on line today, as well.

It did start on the fourth. Please look at the official web site - not one of the .com, .net or .org sites that only take money and do nothing. Good luck!!
