I really need help and I have a awesome psychologist but he's situated about 200 miles away from where I live. I also hate to always bother him when I have problems via email or phone calls. Some days I justfeel that I can't go on. I'm on a waiting list here to see a cousellor or a psychiatrist. I don't know how much longer I can wait.

It's so hard to have a therapist that you like and feel connected to, but then have to change because for a logistical reason (like the long distance!).

I don't know where you are located, but here is a link to a therapist search (US and CA). If you are elsewhere, let me know, and I will see if I can come up with some leads for you...

Good luck!

The best person to ask is the psychologist that you are already seeing! They will totally understand.
