Have just heard of it in an answer to my question here. What is the fibre one cereal? Is it a specific cereal or can one use any high fibre cereal. If it is a specific one what could be the substitutes for fibre one cereal?

Fiber One is a cereal...http://www.fiberone.com/

I don't really think other cereals compare. It is very high in fiber, has 1 gram fat & 0 sugar per serving.

I have used this cereal; it was recommended by my doctor.

Fiber One Diet
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3 x day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)
