There are several games you could play.
Pairs, where you place numerous pairs of cards upside down and have to discover where the pairs are.
Tray Game where you place say 10 items on a tray, look at them for 1 minute before removing the tray and then write down all the items on the tray.
You could also play the above game but after the minute remove 1 item then guess the item which is missing.
I fyou visit a library I am sure you will find many books on the subject of improving memory.
Good luck.

first things first she needs the appropriate amount sleep. the brain deal with all the mass information she gets throughout the day and sleep does that for them. secondly you should turn off the tv and do brain exercizes such as playing the match game using memory cards or even playing cards. then use cards like flash cards with words and math. Also try using music as you are going over these exercizes. that should help.

Get a set of playing cards. Flip them all over (face down). She picks one up to see what it is. leaving it face up. she chooses a second card. Flips it up.See if it matches. If it matches she gets to keep the set. if not both cards get turned back over she does it again. This works well for when she has a test too. Just put questions on the front and answers on the back of a piece of paper. Face the questions up. she ask the question out loud and then answers out loud. then flips the paper over to see if she got it right. If she got it correct , she gets to keep the paper with question and answer on it.
