Well if u have your chicken with the skin on well it might coz soem weight gain. Then again u might be overloading on protein. It will be gd if u balance your intake of chicken with exercise. RICE, BREAD, etc. are all carbohydrates. So lack of these do make u lose weight but carbohydrates also has another effect on the human body. If i'm not wrong, lack of it makes one restless and causes less tolerance to stress causing breakdowns. So basically i think your should stick to a balanced diet to stay on the safe side.

I think youll be allright. Just dont fry the chicken in grease or oil. Baked is good, even stuffed with garlic, red bell pepper, and a little rosemary.....mmm

Also, when you chew your food up really really REALLY good, it will digest easier and not sit in your stomach taking forever to digest while whatever else you eat just piles on top, causing weight gain.

Well if you are looking to lose weight, eating a good source of protein and fiber (like fruits and veggies-the greener the better) will definitely help. If you do eat any type of carbohydrates your body will burn that for energy before it starts burning any stored fat. Dont forget that most fruits and veggies also have carbs....like sugars....but they are much better than the processed carbs!
Good Luck!

Calories are calories. Are you exercising or just sitting around? If you eat more than 2000 calories in a day, even if it is all chicken, and you don't exercise, you will gain weight.

As long as you're not eating fried chicken everyday you should be fine. You don't want to over do it with veggies though. For instance corn and potatoes should be eaten in very small portions.

Be a kid yet again! When eating out, order any child’s sandwich, pizza or pizza. Then you can have the treats you like, while reducing your portions and cutting your calorie intake.

If calorie intake exceeds calorie use you will get fat. That's all there is to it. It doesn't matter if you eat crazy vegan or fast food, the equation is all you need to know.
