Your question makes no sense at all. If you sleep with anyone else, your boyfriend is going to dump you or beat you or kill the other guy or something. It might encourage him to join the Minutemen either to keep illegals from coming and sleeping with his girlfriend or just to get away from you and your silly games. How does the guy next door look legal or not? Would he change color or something if he has a green card? He's probably staring at you because you're crazy. You have a boyfriend and you only want to use the other guy for some sick mind f***.
