We don't know the date and time the place when jesus will come back. God could send him at this hour and at this time? It will be to late for jesus to plea our case for us.
If jesus was to come right now and say IT IS TIME. WOULD YOU SAY YES LORD I AM READY. OR WILL BE LIKE THE FOOLISH ONES WHO REFUSE TO COME TO THE GREAT FEAST AND SAY I AM TO BUSY RIGHT NOW LORD

Personally i am not ready, haven't went for confession a long time.

the devil is cunning, always telling us there is still tomorrow. but i do have myself to blame for not been ready when the lord comes and this is something we need to exercise diligence.

Wait a minute. No one ever told me anything about a great feast. OK I believe. Someone call me when the feast gets here.

To begin with, that is not going to happen. And if someone ever came to me and told me to go to THIS kind of feast, I'd certainly say no thank you (dropping the 'lord' part, of course). I'd be too busy LIVING my life.

I would say holy ****, because I'm not Christian. Don't get me wrong, I have Deity, just not with the same name.
Other than a book and a feeling, what makes you think that he's coming back? Other than a book and a feeling, what makes you think that you're right and non-christians are wrong?

I'd likely offer him a beer.

If Jesus popped up on my front door, I think I'd be a good host and invite him in, then tell him '... yeah, sorry. that's not gonna fly with me, chief.' and continue about my day.

That, and the fact that I don't speak Aramaic, would make it difficult to relate to him.

Didn't you see him getting off the Greyhound bus in front of the Piggly Wiggly? He asked me where he could get a good kosher meal and then he sent a big shout out to all of his friends here.

Jesus will not return. He was a man - an awesome, awesome man - but just a man. God is in each of us and loves us all.
