Tips 1:

Grind a few Holy basil leaves and extract some juice. Apply 2 drops inside the ear.

Tips 2:

Boil 3-4 cloves of Garlic in some water. Mash them and add a pinch of salt. Wrap this poultice in a flannel or woolen cloth and place on the aching ear.

I've heard this awhile ago from several people, an oriental guy and a native american guy, even my step dad(just a plain old polish white guy). They all swore, when they were younger & had ear infections their grandma's put a rolled newspaper, tucked it into the ear canal, lit the other end on fire, let it go down pretty close to the ear then removed it. Somehow it drew out the infection/wax whatever and healed it. Now I've never tried it, but suppose if you're brave & desperate enough....... :)

I personally would just run out to the gas station or store and get some ibuprofen till you can get to the dr.

Edit: Here's a link for home remedies. This one's for swimmer's ear, not sure where exactly your pain is though.

Try a heated, damp cloth and put little pressure on the ear.You really need to get some pain relief, and see a Doc.
Good luck Hon.

When I have an ear ache I put a small (not too small) in my ear and keep my ear warm by laying on it. I suppose you could also try an earplug but that might make it hurt more. The cotton would be softer.

Gently warm some olive oil on a teaspoon and ask someone to pour it very slowly into your ear. Be careful it is not too hot. Another great remedy is to get a smoker to blow smoke into your ear. I hope you soon get some relief.
