I'm in another country (not U.S.) and would like to get a loan and have it put into my U.S. bank account without having to set foot in the U.S.

Also, do you have to pay taxes on the money you get from a loan? I wouldn't think so, but perhaps I'm an idiot.

You can do a loan via mail with a bank, but you cannot do it online only.
Loans are not taxed because it isn't earned income.
