Your are not crazy, your heart has been broken and it is going to take some time to heal. We all have been in your shoes, please know that you are not alone is this. Take one day at a time and I promise you things will get better. As time goes on you will feel better. You have to start loving yourself first and putting your self first. If is hard when you brake up, but you will feel better about yourself if you look in the mirror and see for yourself that you are beautiful, tell yourself every day, I am beautiful, I am awesome!!!

I promise it will get better. when I got divorced 10 years ago I felt the same way but after a while I found out that I was just as lonely when I was married as I was when we split. Now even though I never remarried Life could not be better. Good luck

it is a kind of grieving for the past relationship. Even if you are the one that wants to move on you still miss the comfortable relationship you once had even if you are the one who wants to end it. This is very normal. If you want to move on do it, just focus on the moment put your mind on what you are doing and do not spend time dwelling on the past. You are not crazy Change is hard, even if you are the on that wants it

well for one thing you're on here saying this so that would make you feel more alone. But, I'd suggest finding a hobby, something you enjoy and go about it on a regular basis. You will adjust to being content. Its always hard when you dwell on it.

Get yourself together and then just let it happen. In the meantime hang out with friends. You dont need to be in a relationship to feel whole :)
