Just wondering. I'm afraid I can no longer handle the density here.

How interesting that I was labeled as so many different religions.

One thing that becomes clear from the density on this religion/spirituality forum is a quote that one of the first ever philosophers, Herakleitos, said: "The opinions of humans are like the playthings of infants."

It's more than a little frightening to realize the depths that people can sink to, the ignorance and inhumanity of people I share the planet with. Cyberspace is full of bigots and cowards and fools. But then everyonce in a while, you come across someone looking to be better, to be more, than what and who they are. And for now, that will have to be enough.

Why don't you consider the fact that no one is asking you to convert them to whatever you're promoting? How about if you and those that think the same as you do, meet some where and do your prayer thing amongst yourselves without annoying others, repeat your propaganda and slogans back and forth amongst yourselves without annoy those that prefer not to be bothered or prefer not to hear it... really. Just keep it amongst yourselves and not one person will have any derogatory remarks or snide remarks or insults or accusations... and we can all co-exist without offending one another. Why don't you try that?

The minute you take your show out on the road, or you try to convert those who are comfortable with their beliefs or lack thereof, that's when you run into trouble.

Most of us feel rather put out, annoyed to the point where we'd like to throttle some of the over-zealous religious zealots like overactive, overworked maracas... because you insist on NOT leaving us alone! Meanwhile, you persecute us and if we complain, YOU claim to be persecuted! Just leave us alone, please!

Keep your hocus-pocus dumbo-mumbo-jumbo to yourselves and we will, likewise, leave you alone... respect OUR rights that begin where YOUR rights end, at the tip of your nose!

Yes at times. That is when I tend to take a week or two off.

Every journey starts with a single step.
Your not alone, hang in there.
If you can reach but one person it makes it worth the effort.

I will channel Bill Clinton for a moment and say, "I feel your pain."

Which is a unusual for me because I am not even in the least degree a fan of his.

Embrace the horror.

Whether it sickens you, or whether you look forward to it, are simply different sides of the same coin. Flip the coin. There's a sucker waiting to be taken advantage of on the other side.

No, but there are a few posters who I wouldn't mind banging against a wall a few times.

If your agenda is self-designed, you may feel frustration and despair. If your agenda is God's will, you will not be frustrated or feel despair.

I don't know you, so I don't know what your particular story is. So the above isn't personally motivated. It is what is true for all people--the faithful too, and maybe especially.
