Don't go there again and just ignore her next time, she shouldn't mean anything to you plus you payed her for a service. She's history! Would you feel anything for someone who made it your way at Burger King?

That gal is obviously unprofessional. First of all she was late and her being in a bad mood doesn't help either. If I was you I would called and ask to speak to a manager. You can stay anonymous and describe to the manager that you think that gal is very unprofessional. Tell the manager that she was late for the appointment, and that she's in a bad mood. Also let the manager know that you over heard her talking about you. Many times manager's don't know things that went on and it's only fair the manager know about it. You didn't do anything wrong. If I were you I wouldn't even acknowledge her. She knows what she did wrong and being nice to you does not cover up for her talking behind you. People like her does not need someone to be nice to.

Well you have two options:
1. Next time to see her just ignore her completely and pretend you don't know who she is.
2. Confront her about it and say how dare that she speak about you behind you back and then be all nice to your face.
Decide which action would be the most appropriate given your circumstances. If there's not much of a chance of seeing her again I'd go with number 2.
Don't go back there to get your eyebrows done again either!

Chances are, she will think twice before talking about you again, just be pleasant and Smile the next time. The Shame alone will be enough, and she was probably thinking you were upset with her for being for being late for the appointment, thus the Silent Treatment. Next time, ask her if everything was OK, and lend an ear...after getting to know you, she will change her attitude towards her previous thought regarding you. You might get an apology out of it.

If I were you I would do nothing about it because you will see her often & it will be uncomfortable for you while you work next door plus it will be to upsetting for you!!
just never go back there because she is not nice & only say hello to her if she says it first to you!

Forget her. Ignore her and get your eyebrows done somewhere else. If you see her outside of work, smile, don't be rude but i wouldn't put a second thought on her. She is not worth your time.

Tell her you heard her and it's rude to talk about your customers that pay you to do a job for them. Your not their to make friends you their for a service. Let her know her service is no longer wanted or needed.

Don't go back to her for any service. She seems too moody, unfriendly, unprofessional and too busybody for someone who works in a service industry. Find yourself another place.
