You need to do it the old fashion way, and that is proper nutrition and some time in the gym..To build mass, you need to start at a heavier weight that you are comfortable with..Take some protein supplements and creatine..You will notice results fast if you perform this regularly...Also, read the Muscle and fitness magazines, they are very informable

Don't go for the steroids... they cause permanent hair loss and all kinds of other problems- and you will end up giving back the muscle gains as soon as you stop taking them.
Get the book called "High Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer way". It will tell you how to gain the most possible muscle mass in the shortest amount of time, and the great thing is that you only have to spend like 20 minutes in the gym like 3 times a week.

DON'T use steroids! Not worth the risk or the shrinking balls. Protein supplements in addition to working out can work for some people, most of the guys I know it just gave them the runs.
You need to lift weights. Get into a routine. To build mass you want heavy weights, few reps. To build lean or cut muscle you want lighter weight with lots of reps. Pick up a couple of workout magazines. Most of them have enough info to get you started.
Either way you go your muscles should be tired after the first set.

do you need to gain weight for sport and performance or are you doing it just for vanity's sake? Steroids are not the answer. Just look at people now, who've used them in the past. Their bodies and healthe were ruined by them. once you stop using them, you'll lose everything you gained. it can get very costly financially as well as physically
There are many natural bodybuilders and athletes at the professional level. It takes a lot of hard work - more work than those blessed with ideal genetics. You may be a hardgainer. Research books and websites for hardgainers. they require a specialized diet and nutrition

NO the potential harm to your body outweighs the possible good.
Nobody should take steroids without a Doctor in charge. It is stupid and it can cause irreprable harm to your body.
Consult a nutritionist and an exercise physiologist.
