No.

A glass of apple juice has the vitamins but not the fibre, and we need fibre. Also, with the fibre removed, you burn through the calories quicker, and you're hungry for more again, sooner.

Some people juice a lot of veggies so they can get the benefits of a variety of different ones without having to over-fill their stomachs, but that's only a great idea under certain circumstances. For eaample: if for some period of time they need to avoid solid foods, or if their digestion is quite poor for certain solid foods, or if they already get tonnes of fibre, or if they are diabetic and NEED the fast liquid sugar form of the food quickly....

Perhaps. there are good points and bad points to this you have to decide. the good points are that a glass of aj is a lot more conveniant than eating a whole apple so you will get a fruit serving easier.... also, it is easier to digest juice than it is an apple because you body puts it in liquid form before digesting. similairily, if your body works harder to digest the apple you might lose more calories from the work of that as opposed to drinking the juice. Also, most juices have some additives that aren't as healthy as just having an apple. An apple is more convenient in my opinion to just grab and go.

See fruits have more fibre vitamins ,protiens ,etc. But the juice hase only the the sqeezsed liquid of that fruit not everything . So U should prefer eating fruit rather than wasting money on a glass of juice and U know that fruits are cheaper than juice . And keeping money aside if U will see the nutritional value of both ,then the fruits nutritional value will be more.

1. no additives or preservatives
2. Cheaper
3. fiber.
4. exercise your digestive system better with solid food.
5. You can pick the quality of the fruit you eat.

It depends on the juice, many have a lot of water added, some add sugar. The fruit eaten with the skin provides both nutrition, and roughage which helps in keeping us regular.

fresh fruit is still advantageous over juice , apple for example will provide fiber and gives u the feeling of fullness, while juice esp commercially prepared will have chemicals as preservative.

no, because fruit juice will spike insulin levels. it is essentially just sugar. An apple will not spike insulin levels because of the fiber content of the fruit. The body will take in the fruit sugars at a slower rate.

juices potentially have higher concentration of vitamins and such, but too many juices on the market are just sugar water mixtures and not pure fruit juices.

You also get more fiber with fruit and that's very good for you in the long run.

absolutely not... juices are much higher in calories than the fresh fruit, and you lose a lot of nutritional benefits of the fresh fruit when it is processed into juice... many juices have a lot of sugar added and very low concentrations of actual fruit juice
