Who: It used to be the male partner;
How: In many different ways, depending on his character and imagination.
Why: Isn't it obvious?
However things have changed and nowadays the move is done by the partner who wants to do it, no matter the gender.

It's a little more complicated than that. I don't drink, so I've always looked (if in a ba) a girl drinking water and watching her friends have a good time. You have to be very observant because their are four dmensions in 'getting laid' up-down, back-forth, side-side, and number 4 TIMING.
First go and talk to a girl you don't wanna 'lay', more than likely people she knows come around and she tells them what you're like. Works like a charm.

It all depends on the individual but it's usually the guy who makes the first move. Due to he is really only thinking of himself first an then the girl.

either is ok, if its your frist time, then you better talk it out first, then when your ready and shes let you know shes ready, then just do it...as nike would say..
