Not likely at all. Precum usually contains no sperm, unless the man has ejaculated recently. When a man urinates, it clears out the urethra, which would eliminate the residual sperm. But it's better to not take any chances when it comes to pregnancy. It only takes one sperm and one mistake.

You should always use double protection if there is any chance you do not want to be pregnant. Use a condom and get on the pill.

70 percent chance of not getting pregnant by coitus interruptus (aka pulling out) so that means you have a thirty percent chance. Always use protection and don't take risks like that.
