I scanned a 15 page document to turn into a pdf file. I saved it to my desk top. When I open it, it opens fine, but as I scroll through it, when i come to page 4 I get the following error: "there was an error while trying to parse an image." Then the whole thing shuts down. Can you help me? Thanks

You can try reinstalling the Adobe software. You could also see if you can open the file successfully on another computer. If neither works, you might want to try rescanning the document.
