get them to do it right and it would help if you brought a picture. One thing i have known all my life is its better have a picture to tell them about he style . Because telling of the top of your head sounds like they here a charlie browns teacher talking . So to save yourself grief next time go to Walgreen's or walmart and get picture of the right layered style u want . Duh ?? its your money if you want to waste and a cry about how they screwed up your style when actuality u messed up with the lack of picture information to the stylist they only go by what u tell them and you have the right to ask them to redo it . Basicly get them to cut it into an new short style and then let it grow out and re layer it or just grow out those layers and try it again BUT PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE SAVE YOURSELF THE DRAMA OF HAIR EMBARRASSMENT BEEN THERE AND ITS NOT COOL TH ATS WHY I DIVORCED MY OLD HAIR STYLIST AND FOUND A GOOD HAIR DIVA IN HOUSTON TX AT THE BEAUTY SPOT OFF OF ANTOINE AND WEST LITTLE YORK .

Well I can say that I have had my hair cut in layers many times. But you dont actually see the bottom layers unless you curl them. Try to curl your lays flipped out and you will probably notice them. Also I can say I have noticed where I get my layers done at also. I do know that if you are not satisfied with your haircut then you can have them to fix it for you at no cost. My friend had this happen to her.

Wow, 2 bad haircut stories in a row!! I would go back to the stylist and show her. It you like the way she layered the two layers that you have, she should be able to do it the way that you want it done. I think all of us women agree that a bad haircut is a nightmare!

properly you may want to assert some thing like: extremely close uneven layers taking off round my ears right down to my shoulders or possibly only razor layers (im no longer confident thats what its called) yet to really help out i recommend bringing alongside the image to assist clarify what words cant (a image is 1000 words?)

well a layered is a 90degree hair cut, by your hair being really long you probably wont see it like that, but you can get still get your hair cut in layers you just gotta cut more hair "chuncky layers" if you will. and it all depends if your hair stylist knew what he or she was doing. try a different hair salon

first, just for future advice i would stick to one beautician so that they know what you want when you go in. that has made a big difference for me. usually when someone cuts my hair too short i play around with it until i find a style that works for me, just until me hair grows out. if it bugs you that much you can have hair extensions put in. its pricey though. be glad that she didnt take all your hair off. i went to my usual beautician a long time ago. she wasnt there but someone else that worked with her was. i gave her a pipc and asked her to cute my hair like wynona rider. when she was done with me i looked like a diesel dyke on steroids my hair was less than half an inch long. it was awful!. i never went to her again. be glad that you have some hair left, lol. good luck, hope this helps!?.....

She was probably afraid of taking off too much length. Please go back and just ask for a couple more layers, it's better than having them too short and waiting for them to grow back.

Be careful getting allot of layers, it can make the bottom of your hair look to thin if it is done wrong.
