Have you been trimming off the ends every six to eight weeks? I stopped getting my hair trimmed thinking that I didn't want to lose any of it, and it seemed that my hair stopped growing. I found out that it was splitting and breaking off at the bottom...it was still growing.

Now I go every eight weeks to get my ends trimmed and my hair is halfway down my back.
