You should take a cool shower, but don't worry about shocking yourself with a cold one! The steam in the sauna opens your pores to allow the toxins to leave your body (in the form of sweat!) and when you're finished, a cool shower will close your pores up again.

Well when in a sauna, it opens your pores so it would be better to take a lukewarm/cold shower so your pores can close that way they have a less likely chance of getting dirt and oils in them which would cause acne.

I always take a cold one, I've heard because the sauna and/or steam room opens up your pores, therefore you should take a cold shower to shut them close.

Take a room temperature or cool shower. The heat and steam opens your pores and a cool shower will close the pores and your skin will be refreshed and smoother.
