I have arthritis in both my hands. I live on asprin and it takes most of the pain away but my hands still feel swollen and stiff. Is there any over the counter meds or treatment that works better than asprin. I hate Ibuprophin!
I am an artist by trade so I really need my hands. Please help

I use Tylenol and it works for me. I can not use aspirin or Ibuprofen because of other meds I take. I have heard Aleve works well too but I cannot use it either. I really do not want to start taking prescription drugs until i have to. Good luck on finding something that will work for you. Also have you ever tried the wax treatments? Just a thought.

I take 800 mg. of Aleve and a 1000-mg. flaxseed oil capsule every night at bedtime for fibromyalgia pain, and I take a homeopathic herb, Arnica, as needed for flareups. These might help you as well. Also, I have read in a medical column by Dr. Peter Gott that grape juice and Certo brand fruit pectin also helps with arthritis. Do a Google search for Dr. Gott and Certo. Also check out the link below for information on Arnica. Best wishes finding relief!

Try "Aleve" all day strong aleve.

I just had a ankle fusion due to arthritis, into 4 monts out of surgery. No arthritis left in right foot/ankle. Using it to ease the pain in my recovery.
