I am a 20 year old male who has used chewing tobacco for about a year... ok so for the past few days, i have noticed that my right tonsil is larger than the left one, it looks fine in every way except it is larger. what could this be? Cancer?

It may be a virus or infection. Either way you need to see your Dr and He/She can either tell you it is nothing, or test you if he thinks it is more. If you are running a fever with it, it may be strep throat.

No Its maybe not Cancer Your one tonsil can get more infected than the other. It happens all the time

It could be any of a bazillion things. Don't make the scary leap to cancer. What about Strep? It LOVES tonsils!

Could be... tonsils are basically a lymph gland and just like any gland in your body, sometimes they swell up. Sometimes it's to fight infection and sometimes it's for no apparant reason. Just to be safe, you should go see your doctor.

you could just have tocilitis and not know get it checked out my son had it like that he got his removed
