With this handsome face, how can I NOT be prideful of my looks...

It depends on how much of a god you make out of your looks and where you place the real God in your life.

Your looks are just gift from God and nothing for which you can take credit.

Vanity is an offense against the First Commandment where you place your looks (a god) before God in your life.

With love in Christ.

Unfortunately sin is sin. And is punishable by death by God.
If you have sinned then you deserve to die. Vanity may be all that you are doing at the moment. But you have sinned before. Asking forgiveness does not necessarily forgive you either, especially if you did not mean it.

Only through the sacrifice Jesus made can we be seen as forgiven to the Father. He was the only man to ever live sinless and therefore did not deserve the punishment of death. As Christians we no longer live by the old laws. Which means we cannot be forgiven unless by the acceptance of His sacrifice and faith in His promise. It is the promise that will save us, forgiveness is just how we are saved.

If God blessed you with good looks then perhaps you should thank Him for being generous rather than admire how you achieved this yourself.

After all we are made in His image.

I doubt you're only sin is vanity, open your eyes darling. Besides if all you got going for you is good looks you better hope you die young, looks don't last forever, I think you probably don't look too good to anyone else, look at what ya wrote "vanity, Handsome, prideful" honey you are too full of yourself to get to heaven, you have to put Jesus first, and I don't think you can do that.

Everyone sins. Every day. The most important thing is to ask for forgiveness and the Lord says He will put our sins as far to the east as it is to the west. Don't worry Jesus did not come into this world for the righteous but for the sinners. If you noticed Jesus did not come with a crown on His head and with a beautiful robe around Him, instead He was born in a manger outside of religion. So He's every bodies Savior

The only sin according to the bible..That would not allow you to go to heaven is to take his name in vain..God will forgive you for every sin you think or do in your life but forsake him and you will not see the golden gates..

If you think that vanity is your only sin, you don't have a chance.

Yes, if you confess and admit it to yourself, regret it from your heart, resolve to do better in the future and ask for forgiveness - you can still go to Heaven.
