I am not sure about the feet but i used to jog six miles a day and now i have really bad knees and ankles the orthopedic says its from running on the pavement ..running is healthy just run where there is less compact ..like gravel or dirt trail..

No, nothing permanent. Just some sores, or dryness and blister, perhaps even a little strain, after awhile- but just when starting out in using the treadmill or running.

No, only if you do it without being ready or good shoes. The only people I know with anke problems is people called extreme runners, people who do marathons, 50k or 100k or 100 miles races. But regular exercise should be good without any problem.

it sure did for me! be sure you have good shoes anytime you walk and especially jog, or you might pay for it, I have had bone spurs and hammer toes caused from impropper shoes
