OMG help! I just saw this really really disturbing picture and i can't shake it out of my mind. How can i block it out of my mind?!?!?

1. Yes i know its gross, if just telling u in a simple phrase grossed u out, imagine seeing the picture unexpectedly.
2. NO i was not visiting rotten.com or anything like that. THis came in the mail as a warning to ladies not to try out or wear unwashed garments (esp bras and panties) coz unseen parasites that stick on to the skin etc. and this f*cking picture was there.

When it comes to your mind, say "STOP." I know that sounds silly but it works. Then think of something you enjoy: lying on the beach; riding a bike, etc.

Once things are in your head, they are permanently there. That's why you have to guard yourself about allowing what information you expose yourself to. The best thing to do is to become active in another mental exercise, like doing puzzles, watch an interesting movie, read a good book, something else that your mind can hook itself onto. The human mind is a real pain at times!

Turn it into something funny. Make the maggots turn blue and get the size of chihuahuas and and form a conga line. What ever it takes to make the image less scary in your mind.
