I like this guy from church; however, we cannot be too open about it because my religion has strict dating rules. Two of them being that I'm not baptized, and I'm not completely divorced. Anyways, I think this guy likes me back, but I'm not sure. Every time he sees me at church, he says hi. Even if I'm talking to another person he approaches me from behind, and gently touches my shoulder. Even if I'm a couple feet from distance he will wave hi. The other day he asked me if I had an extra songbook, I said no, but we ended up sharing. We were inches from eachother. When we have a chance to talk he seems to really listen to what I have to say. Also, when he asks me how I am, and I say kind of, he'll ask me why in an interested manner. So do you think he likes me or not, and what should I do?

From ur telling:I think he likes u,like u do:) ONLY he doesnt mentioned any about likes u or wanna hv a relationship more than now, as someone likes u, and some other doesnt like u. IF you really do wanna hv more than a friend with him, probably u should try to speak ur heart to him,from that point you will GET ur answer from him.OK :)(btw,religion always has rules for dating,dun worry,as long as u r on the right path).

Being nice to someone does not necssarily means that he likes that person. It could be that guy has always been friendly to anyone, be it in church or anywhere else.
I find that the best way to get answer is from God. Thus, pray to Him and tell Him about this. I'm sure you'll know the best answer for you one day! =)

Honestly, he sounds just as friendly as most people at church do. It's all kind of normal church friendliness. But I suppose it could grow into something more, you should try moving up to medium talk or something with him.

He could just be a friendly and sociable guy.
If you are not "completely divorced" perhaps you aren't really "available" for a relationship yet anyway and should take it slow.
You can always wait and see how things go...
