im new here and i i just found that yesterday, she is so hot....
yesterday she was entering her door with a girl friend, when i was entering mine too, and i looked at them and said "neighbours" kind of like, hi neighbours,
now, i dont know nothing about her, should i write her something and insert the little note inside her door?
give me creative suggestions, SPECIALLY GIRLS cause my hope is high i wonder if i have a chance :)))))))))))))))

How about trying to talk to her and getting to know her when you see her? I don't think it would be too smart to date a neighbor because if you two break up, you're still going to have to see each other all the time.

Dude...don't go writing her a note after saying one word to her. She'll think you're some kinda creepy introvert.
Go do something outside. Cut the grass. Shoot some hoop. Wash and vaccum out the car. Be active, and outdoors.
Eventually, you'll get an opportunity for her to walk out of the house (or in). Then instead of just saying "neighbor", go up to her and introduce yourself, confidently. Give a little small talk, but open things up for her to speak, don't talk completely about yourself.
Then, wait for conversation #2 (set up just like the first one), and ask her out. Make sure she understands it's not just to hang out, it is a date, but describe it as something casual, she seemed really nice from the other day and you'd like to get to know what there is to do around there, and you would enjoy having her with you. If she says no, then she's not interested. But I'm betting she'll say yes, unless she's taken (hey, she may say yes and still be taken). Good luck.

Depending on how old you are if you are 13 or under then go ahead and write a note. But if your a grown *** man, you talk to her! NO NOTES

Notes are Bad for most girls. They basically say that im too afraid to talk to you in person. Just talk to her while she is leaving her house and ask her how she is etc..

Definately! Tell her exactly why you liked her, nothing fancy to go with it just a little card, draw/decorate it up yourself, girls like originality. Best of luck
