Oral sex and the transmission of HIV is a considered a "low risk" meaning that the virus is not easily transmittable this way... HOWEVER there have been cases reported to the CDC of this means of transmission..... because HIV concentrations are highest in vaginal fluids and semen..... so it is best to ALWAYS use condoms and dental dams during oral sex if both parties are not in a committed relationship AND have not been tested for stds together... cheers
