if you have, how is it done? is it painful? do you feel sick afterwards? please be as detailed as possible.

I haven't but my sister does it all the time. She said she feels sick afterwards but the secret is not to eat food that is too fat for a couple of days before you donate, don't drink or eat food with caffeine and drink lots of water. Hope this helps.

Sure its the same as donating blood they take the plasma out and if you take asprins when you donate they only use the plasma.

no it is just like giving blood there is no difference i believe you only give blood and then later they extract the plasma
