Disobeying your parents is listed in the bible as a sin, right?? So why is it that people look at Jesus as "perfect" and "without sin" when he clearly disobeys his parents by staying behind in Jeruselum when they were going on the trip home?? I know he was staying to talk to the priests but that really isn't the point. If it were your child and he was staying behind, even to talk to the priests, when you were leaving it would be considered wrong... Therefore a sin, right?? So why is it different for Jesus??

Maybe you should read the bible a little closer.
Jesus did not disobey his parents so therefore he did not sin. While he was talking with the priests (which they did not know), they left for home and did not notice he was not with them until they had traveled awhile.
Jesus was born like any other person "into sin" he himself did not sin.
The reason G-d gave the Law was to show the Israelites that they could not keep the whole law and were all sinners.

Romans 3:23-24
23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

He was the only person who could keep the Law in both body and spirit. and is why he quoted Isaiah 61:1-3 and declared in
Luke 4:21
"Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing."
The priests recognized this as a claim of messiahship which belonged to G-d

The group left for the return trip to Galilee. If there was any fault, it was with Joseph and Mary in their not having made sure He was with them when the group left. The explanation is that they figured he was with others of the group.

He was so engaged with the Temple Authorities that He didn't take notice that the group had left for the Galel. And it seem also that Mary and Joseph should have been aware of where He was and why ... in His Father's House, about His Father's Business.

How could you consider His being about His Father's business as being a "sin"?

In the Bible it also says when talking about the Christ "When the boy has learned Good from Evil" this states that the boy was with sin... but the man was not... What is this then that does not sin... why it's the light that was created as the first thing in existence that everything was made from... it was the light that halo'd christ and the apostles heads...

Jesus did not disobey his parents persay because they had not told Him not to do that. Jesus also said to his parents " Did you not know that I wuld be in my Father's House?". Obviously he did not see how his parents could not know what he would do. This situation shows that Jesus began to realize who he really was. It was not like he stayed with other kids to do things they knew were wrong. Jesus is God and cannot sin. This is truth and it is futile to try to find something to refute that. It is also dangerous sinse God is also our judge.

He was about the Fathers work. And most scholars will tell you that most of his life from 13-30 was spent with Joseph and Mary so that he could be a good son, as he realized he had hurt their feelings.

Nice try.
He was not disobeying. He simply remained behind.
Each parent assumed He had left with the others.

Luke 2:42 (NLT)

When Jesus was twelve years old, they attended the festival as usual. 43 After the celebration was over, they started home to Nazareth, but Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem. His parents didn't miss him at first, 44 because they assumed he was with friends among the other travelers. But when he didn't show up that evening, they started to look for him among their relatives and friends. 45 When they couldn't find him, they went back to Jerusalem to search for him there. 46 Three days later they finally discovered him. He was in the Temple, sitting among the religious teachers, discussing deep questions with them. 47 And all who heard him were amazed at his understanding and his answers.
48 His parents didn't know what to think. "Son!" his mother said to him. "Why have you done this to us? Your father and I have been frantic, searching for you everywhere."
49 "But why did you need to search?" he asked. "You should have known that I would be in my Father's house."* 50 But they didn't understand what he meant.
51 Then he returned to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them; and his mother stored all these things in her heart. 52 So Jesus grew both in height and in wisdom, and he was loved by God and by all who knew him.

He did not deliberately stay behind when they were leaving. They assumed he was with them and left. Jesus was perfect.

he also healed on the sabbath, called the religious leaders names and disrupted the money changers business in the temple---IF he was God than he can do what ever he wants as he is above us all.
if you don't believe then good for you but then why the question?
relax and find something you DO believe in.
