Are the illegals forcing us to dislike them ?

First immpressions are everything & what is the first thing these illegal invaders do. they illegally enter our country. Yet, if we say anything they call us racist. We are not racist, we are anti illegal immigration. If the illegals had more than a 2nd grade education they would be able to tell the difference between being RACIST or being ANTI ILLEGAL . Now there is something like 20-25 million illegals in this country, 70 percent from mexico. They are driving down wages for all Americans, bleeding the American tax payer to death, by making us pay for their health care, welfare, WIC, etc. Then top it off, they have a baby ( anchor baby ) here, because our laws say if your born here your legal..then the illegal parents don't have to leave. Once good paying jobs, are now low paying jobs.... Corporate America only cares about the money they make from the illegals. ..You see, any Red Blooded American that can read this..should be fighting made at the illegal immigrants. GO BACK HOME!

If they're going to move to America they should respect its citizens and traditions and laws. Speak ENGLISH - ONE NATION ONE LANGUAGE. NO SPANISH NATIONAL ANTHEM HERE. This is America. Not MEXICALI or Amexica. This is not their country, so they MUST adapt to the way of living as the TRUE AMERICANs do. They should pay for themselves and the women should stop lying on their back and popping out monsters.

Even when they get what they want, when they want it, and how they want it - - they're still NOT satisfied!

Last week I attended an immigration-overpopulation conference in Washington DC, filled to capacity by many of American's finest minds and leaders

A brilliant college professor named Victor Hansen Davis talked about his latest book, "Mexifornia," explaining how immigration - both legal and illegal - was destroying the entire state of California. He said it would march across the country until it destroyed all vestiges of The American Dream.

Moments later, former Colorado Governor Richard D Lamm stood up and gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America. This writer sat in the audience spellbound by the eight methods of destruction of the United States.

He said, "If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let's destroy America. It is not that hard to do. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and fall and that 'An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.'"

"Here is how they do it," Lamm said: _____________________

"Turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bicultural country. History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual.

"The historical scholar Seymour Lipset put it this way: 'The histories of bilingual and bi-cultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy.' Canada, Belgium, Malyasia, Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons, and Corsicans."

Lamm went on: "Invent 'multiculturalism' and encourage immigrants to maintain their culture. I would make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal. That there are no cultural differences. I would make it an article of faith that the Black and Hispanic dropout rates are due to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out of bounds.

"We could make the United States an 'Hispanic Quebec' without much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently: 'The apparent success of our own multiethnic and multicultural experiment might have been achieved not by tolerance but by hegemony. Without the dominance that once dictated ethnocentrically and what it meant to be an America, we are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together.'"

Lamm said, "I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with the salad bowl metaphor. It is important to ensure that we have various cultural subgroups living in America reinforcing their differences rather than as Americans, emphasizing their similarities."

"Fourth, I would make our fastest growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated, and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass have a 50% dropout rate from high school."

"My fifth point for destroying America would be to get big foundations and business to give these efforts lots of money. I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of 'Victimology.' I would get all minorities to think their lack of success was the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all minority failure on the majority population."

"My sixth plan for America's downfall would include dual citizenship and promote divided loyalties. I would celebrate diversity over unity. I would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other - that is, when they are not killing each other."

"A diverse, peaceful, or stable society is against most historical precedent. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together. Look at the ancient Greeks. The Greeks believed that they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common language and literature; and they worshipped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic games. A common enemy Persia threatened their liberty. Yet all these bonds were not strong enough to over come two factors: local patriotism and geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions. Greece fell. In that historical reality, if we put the emphasis on the 'pluribus' instead of the 'unum,' we can balkanize America as surely as Kosovo."

"Next to last, I would place all subjects off limits ~ make it taboo to talk about anything against the cult of diversity.' I would find a word similar to 'heretic' in the 16th century - that stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like 'racist' or 'xenophobe' halt discussion and debate"

"Having made America a bilingual/bicultural country, having established multi-culturism, having the large foundations fund the doctrine of 'Victimology,' I would next make it impossible to enforce our immigration laws. I would develop a mantra: That because immigration has been good for America, it must always be good. I would make every individual immigrant sympatric and ignore the cumulative impact of millions of them."

In the last minute of his speech, Governor Lamm wiped his brow. The profound silence allowed me to hear my heart beating. Finally he said, "Lastly, I would censor Victor Hanson Davis's book Mexifornia. His book is dangerous. It exposes the plan to destroy America. If you feel America deserved to be destroyed, don't read that book."

There was no applause. A chilling fear quietly rose like an ominous cloud above every attendee at the conference. Every American in that room knew that everything Lamm enumerated was proceeding methodically, quietly, darkly, yet pervasively across the United States today. Ever discussion is being suppressed. Over 100 languages are ripping the foundation of our educational system and national cohesiveness. Barbaric cultures that practice female genital mutilation are growing as we celebrate 'diversity.'

American jobs are vanishing into the Third World as greedy corporations create a Third World in America - take note of California and other states - to date, ten million illegal aliens and growing fast. It reminded me of George Orwell's book "1984." In that story, three slogans are engraved in the Ministry of Truth building: "War is peace." "Freedom is slavery." and "Ignorance is strength."

I sat there as one of the most patriotic Americans I know, Governor Lamm, walked back to his seat. It dawned on everyone at the conference that our nation and the future of this great democracy is deeply in trouble and worsening fast. If we don't get this immigration monster stopped within three years, it will rage like a California wildfire and destroy everything in its path, especially The American Dream.

See, you are the ones complaining about all that, with just cause, of course. Why, and this is just a suggestion, instead of looking down at them, calling them names, discriminating them, and such understanding and compassion provoking behavior, why don't you, I was saying, take it on the government that takes your taxes for the purposes you mentioned above, starting with that lovely and intelligent person that sits on the Oval office. Of course you realize, I'm being sarcastic.

Send them back home. We'll keep them on the borders, so when your industries collapse because Red Blooded Americans strike for not wanting to make their work with the same pay and the Unions start playing the tunes de rigeur, they can be brought back to save you.

Sarcasm off now, you're right. They're calling racism what merely should be called bigotry. They have no right to do so. But then again, in a country where the South fought the North, supposedly to keep its right to have slaves; where Black people had to march and fight and die to be recognized as equal, isn't that the most logical reaction?

Leave the people alone, it's the governments that are to be blamed, with their negligence (Mexican governments) and their surreal solutions (Bush's would-be-useless wall).

Let us both sides put our governments to work.

No they are not --- Our own US Citizens don't work and expect to make big bucks sitting on the rear ends at home! Don't even get me started about non working Americans.... I encountered enough of them in my 10 plus years in the health care industry!
I only worked for two Mexican families and they were legal and very hard workers ...
Our industries are moving overseas --- the wealthy receive billions in tax breaks and the average wage earner is taxed too heavily!
Most Americas are more in debt now to their credit card companies than ever!
Things can't be all that bad because I just came back from vacation and the airlines and hotel were teaming with people!

I love and appreciate your spirit. What can I say? You are right. You are 100% right. The useless U.S. government has let this situation go completely out of control.

The way that illegals typically behave, they didn't have to force me to dislike them. What they did on May 1 with our nation's flag.....most Americans will never forget that. They have a combination of arrogance and stupidity that carries a high price. I find it humorous that they can't figure out why so many people hate them. It's their own doing.

Yes, they are. The protests are what finally did it! They angered many, many Americans. There was nothing good about those protests - it was a slap in the face to Americans. Of course we have the right to be angry, but when we show our displeasure over it, they have the nerve to call us 'racists.' I wonder what reaction they were expecting......for us to be happy with them lowering our country's flag below theirs and turning it upside down. That didn't make me happy at all. It made me fighting mad.
