Don't use cheesy lines!
Strike up a conversation and then ask if she wants to continue it over coffee or something some other day.

My dream is for the perfect guy to walk up to me and just day i think that you are cute. It would be nice if he also had a single red rose in one hand and then say would you like to go out with me! Of course I've never had a boyfriend because I'm only almost 13 it is just a dream.

my answer would be skip the boring pick up lines and go with what your heart tells you to do.
your best bet is to get her alone and to tell her how you feel you wont know until u ask her
