I have my 21yr old sister staying with me and all she wants to do is have all of her men coming over to visit at all times of the night and she does not work..............

If it is your place, then you get to make the rules .. the key is you also must abide by rules set, to be a good example. Maybe you can impress upon your sister that having men over at all times of the night is not good for her, and help her to grow in self respect. Guide her to getting a good job or maybe schooling, and attend a church where she can meet others who will be good for her too.
Keep on being kind .. that is the way to be, and your sister needs that, and hopefully you two will always be best friends. Blessings!

lay down the law, set it clear to yourself by writing out your concerns and your conditions for your continued support. If she wants to stay she has to agree to your requirements. otherwise you can't continue!
