There may be times when it appears that Christians r forcing their beleifs on others, but it's a direct command from Jesus Christ himself to go and make diciples , teaching them the same things that Jesus taught (Matthew 28 :19,20) It's not meant to offend anyone, but to help them. However, if a person doesn't wanto hear that message, then the Christian should be polite and respectfully leave them alone. The reason that Jehovah's Witnesses may seem to keep bugging people is because a certain territory is covered every year and people move in and out of houses and sometimes they may even have a change of heart due to a personal situation. We know people r busy so we try to be brief and respectful to them.

It is not a matter of we like to force our religion,we are bound by our committment to serve God to pass the word of salvation.
One day when you see that your life is not where you would like it to be and things seem to be piling up on you or you feel like there is something missing in your life you will start to seek out answers. . . God is that answer and like me when I was young I did not see it.
There is some thought that this world is in it's last days and more and more religious people are pushing their religion in an effort to make sure that those people that are not "saved" are being given that chance so they will be guaranteed that when they do die they will go to heaven.
Alot of people confuse religion with worship.
Every religion reads the meaning of the Bible different. . one must understand it in a way that fits them and find a church that teaches what they believe.
YES,God loves you and forgives you but once we ask for forgiveness we need to start changing our old habits and start learning. . .through Church attendance just how we go about keeping from committing those things we aren't exactlly proud of and that are against God's will for us.
This world is becoming so vile and so against Gods wishes that even Christians can become Hell material if we are not careful and getting involved in Church helps us.

You're absolutely right. "Christians" do that, and it's like, yeah yeah I know I've heard that crap before and what about it? They do that thinking that they're "witnessing", that they're "evangelizing". When really the true witness is for Jesus to show through them, and let their life be an example, a witness of Jesus. The way they act, talk, treat others. Not what they say say say or do do do. Ignore people who condescendingly tell you about Jesus like you're a piece of crap if you don't believe in Him. Instead try to get to know Jesus. He's awesome, I promise :)

Sure Jesus (peace be upon him) loves you as well as Mohammad (peace be upon him) does. Try to be tolerant to christians when they say it whatever your religion is. You should know that Jesus was one of God's prophets and his teachings were true. Just it was distorted over the years by humans that's why we cannot read the Bible as the genuine truth. But it shouldn't be a reason for you to be mad at christians when they say Jesus loves you.

That's just it we DO CARE. God loves everyone so much that He gave his one and only son to die on the cross for everyone's sins. It's a free gift that He has laid down for all to take. Christians may seem to "push" their religion onto people because they know the path. They don't want to have people suffer and spend eternity in hell, they want to see them come to know the Lord as their personal Savior and spend eternity in Paradise. I know, I know there are so many hypocritical Christians out there that say one thing and are mean and pushy and even I today got called an intolerant Christian. Some people just will never understand...there is a passion inside of me that burns so much for those that are lost. I just can't understand why some can have so much faith in our Savior and some people are blinded to His glory. So, when Christians seem like they are "forcing" their religion, they are pushing so hard because they are desperate for you to be able to share the same freedom that they do. Jesus loves you...not okay whatever...you should be SHOUTING PRAISES because Jesus Love US. US...meek, sinners of the world. Jesus loves US...we don't deserve His love but he's giving it to us and for FREE! Trust me, it's the best gift you could ever receive!

Many Christians think that if you do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Son of God, and have faith in the Bible as the inspired word of God, then you will go to Hell. So Christians are trying to force their religion on you in order to save you from Hell -- they love you, basically. They are just taking a bad approach.

Because if they get enough converts, they'll have a great support group before they pass into non-existence. Funny, not a single one of them has ever come back from the dead to say "told ya so." You'd think there'd be a leak somewhere. Some people just can't keep a secret.
P.S. Insofar as "holding a gun to your head" goes, threatening someone with eternal torture would qualify. They like to get to them when they're young and scare-able. Shame!

A true christian doesnt foce Jesus on you. God himself doesnt do that. He gives us Free Will. Religious People force God on you. There is a difference. Jesus says to spread the word about him, to let all know of his saving Grace. Not Shove it down their throat. People dont want something thats forced upon them.
