i'm not sure but my guess would be purple......anyway you might want to paint the room a neutral color like green or yellow.

Pink is a shade of red, and what does blue and red make? Purple.
Depending on the hue of the colors you're starting with, they'll make anything from a blue-violet(if the blue is much darker than the pink) to a lavender(if they're about the same brightness) to a red-violet (if the pink is much darker than the blue).
You'd be better off to not try and mix them up yourself. Go to the Home Depot (they have a really great paint department) and grab several of the little cards with colors on them. I would go with a gender-nuetral color if they're sharing a nursery, like white, yellow, green, or orange (this one would look best very pale, or else everyone will think of a pumpkin...). Turquoise blues and aquas will also look nice.
Lavender or really most anything in the purple/pink category will be too girly for a little boy, and you might not feel that blue is feminine enough for the girl.

You will end up with a color from lavender to purple, depending on how much blue you use. You could always go with a neutral color and paint designs on the walls with bright colors. Or, go for a pastel green or yellow. Try white and feather paint both pink and blue if you want! It's up to you. I hope this helps.

An educated guess would be pink + baby blue = lavender(ish) I'd check with Lowe's or Home depot, they can easily blend the two colors on a computer and provide you with a sample color before you commit to buying gallons of paint. Hope this helps and good luck with the twins

i think it makes a pupley color but i dont know for sure you could always just paint the colors blue one side and pink the other or go nuetral with something like yellow which could go for either boy or girl.

Makes a lavenderish color.
Instead of going cutesy with the mixing-pink-&-blue idea, why not look at some subtle peach colors?

Paint the nursery a light pastel green. use pastel pink assents with the girl (that is how my neices nursery is decorated and i adored it) and stick with white accents for the boy. It works for both!
