The only difference I've found is that the "Power" cartridges are about $4 more for a pack of 8.

He's talking about the replacement cartridges, not the handles with the batteries.

The only difference besides price is the color, other than that they're identical.

The cartridges are exactly the same, the difference is in the razor itself, I have one, and I lost the cartridge the first day when I didn't know what the cartridge ejecting button did, and I haven't been able to find it, it has to be somewhere among my bathroom shelf. But yeah, the Fusion Power vibrates very slightly, I'm not sure what advantage it's supposed to have.

Seriously, each is simply silly. The "Two blades" idea was ridiculed when they came out. Saturday Night Live did a skit where they announced a 3-blade razor, "because you'll believe anything."

Well, here we are with something about the size of a small farm impliment....

They price. The power ones are more expensive. Both fit on my razor and work just fine.
