Also I have a problem with I think my muscles like if I cross my legs or arms for a few minutes my skin and muscles cave in and go to the bone and the it feels like my bones are broke. I have muscle spasams really bad they can pull me out of my chair at times. I have numbness, vision problems, I get chocked sometimes for no reason, have trouble walking a stright line when I walk i vere to the left or right if I stand still i sway back and forth ect..I have tried to get my doctor may times to run test on me but they just want do it please help!!!!! I am in so much pain I have had a MRI done and it neither showed or didn't show that I had this.

They can take an MRI of your brain and if you have white spots then you may have MS I don't know what other tests they can perform on you because my hubby had spots on his brain but I believe it's from his car accident and it's brain damage but no one believes me.

First of all, you need to change doctors. Find one that will listen to you and will talk to you about what needs to happen. Then if you ask for certain tests, they should be more than willing to cooperate. It is your money after all. But you really should go to another doc ASAP.

Both MRI and a lumbar puncture are necessary to diagnose MS.

keep on your doctor, it soulnds like some kind of nerve problem and you need to be persistent, doctors for some reason do not listen to women.

please demand your GP refer you to a specialist, or when you next have a bad spasm go to your nearest a and e department. Your GP sounds like their from Florence Nightingales era.

have them run a liver panel...if nothing shows have them test for the actual disease like hepatitis b or c.....

it could just be cidp.....i'd have them run all sorts of tests!
