You broke the cardinal rule of women. NEVER get involved with your girlfriends friends.
All you can do is say no, tell your gf before she does and say you made the biggest oops ever, say ur sorry and tell her you will walk away from both her and the friend. NEVER LOOK BACK, except for the lesson it holds. There is no way out but out completely. You can not have a successful relationship with either one, the trust was broken and the friend will always wonder if you will cheat on her eventually. Their friendship is broken as their trust for you is broken.

Wear a condom...........Deny it and take it to your grave. She is a nasty wh*re to be pulling that crap. You are a dog, but she is down right dirt. Your friend is eventually going to see how nasty she is and I would simply say that she is crazy and has never liked you anyway. If you are honest you will lose your friendship.

There's more girls around to bang. Tell your friend and expect him to be pissed off and maybe be gone for good. But this girl is not worth it. Imagine how she'll start cheating on you after he gets rid of her. Sounds like a real winner. And your prize will be a nasty case of STD.

first, you shouldnt have done it! thats your friends girl.
second, tell her is she doesnt stop the threats you will go to your friend and tell all. you may loose your friend but comming from you will be better than comming from her.
third, do not put your self down by stooping to such a low act as sleeping with another friends girl as all you will loose is friends who will always be by your side long after the girl has passed.

If he's your friend, then stop and if she threatens to tell your friend, then tell her to do it. She wont because she'll get her @ss dumped. Now, of course, if you were my "friend" and you told me you were bangin' my woman, I'd beat the living crap out of you where you stood.
