You might have mononucleosis/Epstein-Barr. My niece just had a bout of it... weakness and wanting to sleep all day were her symptoms. Other symptoms MAY include a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes in your neck and armpits, and a headache.
You could also be anemic. A lack of iron in the system will cause weakness.
I can list loads more possibilities, but the safest bet would be for you to see a doctor. He/she will obviously be better at assessing your situation via a physical exam and blood work.
Best to you for feeling better soon!
:-)

See a doctor but if he can't find anything it could be too much caffeine from coffee over years and stress. This burns out the adrenal glands. See this site for ways to recover naturally from all sorts of things including depression. Also most people have the virus for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome but don't get it unless immune system is very weak.

Start wearing orange clothing, you need to get some energy from somewhere. Orange will help in this area, it will give you the energy you require to get up and go. You also need to sit in the full sun until your skin starts to turn red, natures way of letting us know that our bodies have absorbed enough Vitamin D for the moment. You will also need to drink good quality water (yeah I know, it's bloody difficult to get your hands on it). If you live in Qld, Australia phone the Cooroy Mountain Water people, this water is considered 'alive' and will do wonders for your health.
Wear yellow and this will help 'cheer you up', and will enable you to concentrate more on the tasks at hand i.e. housework, little steps first, you don't need to go at it 'hammer and tongs'.
Have you tried Macca Power? This is expensive but you will not recognise yourself after a week of taking this pure product from Peru. I can't tell you how much better I feel, I am so happy, have so much energy that every one around me notices, also they say I look really great, and that I appear to sparkle. Good luck.
Macca Power can be bought from your local health food store, I mix mine with a little orange juice.
