Because they do two things...
They let their mouth overload their brain
They just dont take time to think things through...... similar to jumping head first.

IF there are no stupid people in the world, there won't be smart people too. :) There's nothing to compare to. So smart people, be kind to the stupid ones, you look smart because they're stupid compare to you.

They cant help it usually. Dumb parents, dumb friends, dumb schools and teachers. Dumb TV shows, dumb movies. dumb computer games. Add it all up and you have a whole pile of idiots that don't know how damm dumb they are.
