It has been almost four years since I have seen my children. Their mother and I never got along well, and she took off with them after she had me incarcerated for 6 months in the county jail. When I got out she let me have them for a summer vacation but then went back to Texas. We had visitation agreed upon but I have not seen them since August 2002. I have moved on with my life and am now married and have two more children. I want my son and daughter to be part of my family and I miss them drastically. No one seems to have any advise as to find out how they are, or where they are. Their mother used to have an email, but she closed that over a year and a half ago and I have heard nothing. My child support checks get cashed but mail is returned from the last known address in Kilgore, TX. No one seems to want to help I don't want to cause trouble I only want to know that they are healthy and well cared for and I want them to know that I still love & miss them I have not abandoned them.

Do you have her SS#?
I am sure she's nonpublished.
Check with the state registra of motor vehicles in those states,
presuming she drives of course.

Your question raises more red flags then Carter has peanuts. I will answer your question anyway. Go to the department of children and families and get their last known address. Then go to the county where they live and either hire an attorney if you can afford one, if you can not, you can do it your self. Anyway petition the court for visitation. Children and families, which is over child support is the one who mails them the child support check. If they will not give you the address, petition the court for that. Was you abusive toward her, is there a restraining order? If you have nothing to hide, your petition will prevail. The fact that you pay your support states something. Good luck.

contact a lawyer and have them get ahold of the child support agency because by law the c.s. agency cant give you the address or phone number. visitation is the right of both parents and if you had a court ordered visitation she is in violation of that order and can be arrested for that. either parent isnt suppose to take the child/children out of state without the other parents permission unless it is to better her/himself as far as work. get a free consultation from a lawyer then you will have a better idea of what your options are. good luck

Hey man I feel for you, us guy's allways get the end of the stick, I would suggest to get an emergency court order for full custody, then call and report it to the authorities, the local police the fbi. Make sure you have your kids SS#, and their date of births. If you do not have that go to the local Social Security office or call and order them. Also if you need to you can get their birth certificate from vital statistic from the county and city were the kids were born. Keep the faith you will find your kids, go to court even if you have to do it yourself, it is called perse division. Best of Luck! By the way stop the child support you have got to go to court.

Try getting a licensed private investigator. If you know their names, you should be able to find them. I wish you luck.
